Is HIV Transmission Possible Through Contact With Garbage?
Question: I was picking up trash from the poolside cause my supervisor said to i was picking numerous items up from the ground all i know I was picking up something plastic like numerous of them they were black i saw the item it said something like Dijon on them but there was one of them I did not look at at all i tried but I did no should i go for an hiv test all I know the guests were eating in the facility where i was picking them up if you were me would you go for a test why or why not? apparently I wasn't bleeding just sore this was this afternoon or the4 morning cant recall sorry

Had people been getting HIV from such trash picking every one on this planet would be HIV as we all have picked trash some where for sometime. So you neither need to have an HIV test nor need to be worried about it. Just relax and move on.

Even if it was a needle, and that was infected lets suppose, odds of getting infection like HIV or HBS HCV is 1 in 1 thousand. I am sure you can't be that unlucky. So no worries. Its almost impossible. We are talking in all assumptions and odds of HIV are highly unlikely to impossible. Think of it this way, you served your community and helped in cleanliness and stay blessed.

thanks listen I got home from a bar I ordered chip now the container fell out in the bag which the to go order was in should i eat the chips or not I did not examine the bag if it was clean? or not??? I paid 6.95 for it

I'm regarding the bag itself the chips opened yup in the back it was open and so the chips spilled a bit not whole a lot but it was still tad open in the bag?

if the chips were already open, then don't eat it. Its better to be on the safer road. Opened snacks may not be that sterilised and may cause food poisoning. So avoid it.
