Is HIV test done six months post exposure conclusive?

Question: I tested hiv after 6 months of exposure 2 times from 2 different labs. Results were negative. Can I become 100 percentage sure that I am not infected?

Serocoversion after 6 monrhs is rarest of rare possibility .Please do not worry about these issues.
Private laboratory also have responsiblity and are reliable .

Is there any recent reported case where people seroconverted after 6 months?
I was using conticosteroid inhaler for 2 months. Can it affect HIV antibody test?
