1. Dr. but some of the medical websites showing that cautions during pregnancy for this drug.
Each tablet of EBEXID B contains:
Thyroid IP 85................................. 15 mg
Nicotinamide IP ........................... 25 mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride IP........... 1 mg

2. my wife's TSH level was 3.1 one year before now it has been 4.78, is it because of pregnancy or other reasons? what is the normal TSH level during first second and third trimester of pregnancy?

3. will this level come down in future? or this need to be treated by continuous medicines?

Brief Answer:
As below

Detailed Answer:
Hello
The value of TSH in second trimester should be less than 3.5 and in third trimester, it should be less than 4.
Ebexid is safe in pregnancy, but Thyronorm or Eltroxin is a better drug.
Better to start 25 microgram Thyronorm daily on empty stomach, and then repeat the test after 6 weeks to see the response to treatment.
Yes, in pregnancy, the TSH level increases.
Your wife's value is very low, not very abnormal, so it would mostly come down to normal in future after pregnancy.
Take care.
