Brief Answer:
Plenty of condition...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

ESR is a non specific tests. A higher than normal as in this case is found in many conditions - both physiological and pathological. We cannot arrive at a conclusion based on this test alone.

I would like to know why this test was performed. And if there are any other reports please update. I shall try and see if I can co-relate and find some helpful information.

That being said if appendicitis / tonsilitis were recent events, it might be related to elevated ESR.

Awaiting your reply...

Regards
