Brief Answer:
You are free from HIV 1 infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
You had protected vaginal exposure. Unprotected oral sex carries a low risk for HIV.
ELFA at 35 days and ELISA after 45 days are not very much reliable as they are detecting the antibodies against HIV, which are likely to appear 6-8 weeks after the exposure, can be extended up to 12 weeks (window period). Whereas qualitative DNA PCR around 35 (for you) days and 45 days (for that girl (s)) are very much reliable and ruled out the possibility of HIV 1 infection beyond any doubt (As it is specific only for HIV 1 infection). HIV 1 infection is the commonest infection among the HIV infection throughout the world to the extent of more than 99%, except certain pockets of XXXXXXX When the woman is not having HIV 1 infection, it is obvious that there is no possibility of HIV 1 for you also (additional proof).

Brief Answer:
The risk for HIV 2 infection is negligible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
HIV DNA PCR will be able to detect the infection as early as 7 days after the exposure in the presence of an infection, and it becomes conclusive 3-4 weeks. You had your tests after 35 days. So it is very much conclusive and need not repeat the test.
The prevalence of HIV 2 in our country is less than 0.5%. As your Vaginal exposure was a protected one you need not worry about the same.

Brief Answer:
HIV DNA PCR is highly reliable. Possibility of STDs is remote.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
HIV DNA PCR is not a screening test owing to its cost and time taken for the interpretation and due to its nonavailability widely with all laboratories across the country. But it is highly reliable diagnostic criteria to the extent of more than 99%.
When her Qualitative PCR also nonreactive added more value to the extent of 100%.
Regarding the possibility of STDs, certain STDs can remain without any symptoms. As your vaginal exposure was a protected one, and as you don't have any symptoms orally the possibility of STDs are obsolete.
