Is CMIA HIV 1 And 2 Test Conclusive 5 Months Post Exposure?

Question: Dear doctor i had a protected sex with a csw in dubai, i didnt notice my condom broken or not .i tested non reactive after 3rd and 5th month of my expossure.(cmia hiv1&2 methord at XXXXXXX lab and kanva lab at bangalore).
May i need to retest after 6 month?
Is my result are conclussive?
My torch igg are reactive and igm are positive( report attached)

You had protected sex with CSW and test results for CMIA HIV 1&2 are negative after 3 & 5 months of exposure then nothing to worry at all as you are absolutely safe and risk free from HIV.

The window period for HIV varies from 15 days to 3 months so the test result after this period 100% conclusive and accurate. That is why no test is required but for your satisfaction you can go for it again after 6 months. If still any doubt left in your mind fell free to ask me any time.

Positive IgG and negative IgM antibodies indicate that you have these infections in the past but now you are not at any risk. You can repeat the test after two weeks to compare the antibody levels. if it will increase, it means the infection is recent otherwise you are absolutely safe from TORCH.

I have some rashes on my chest, sometimes i feel severe headache, i have persisting sores in my tongue,somedtimes feels like swollen armpit and groini have knee pain also... Is it related to hiv?,

Is unprotected oral sex (recieving) cause hiv

The risk of getting HIV from unprotected oral sex is very less as compared to unprotected vaginal or anal sex because human saliva contains an enzyme which inhibits the growth of HIV virus so no need to get worried about it. Be relaxed and forget about the incidence.
