Brief Answer:
Low dose oral Accutane might help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com and thank you fpr posting your query.

The scientific literature says that low dose isotretinoin (Accutane) does indeed help reduce the severity of seborrheic dermatitis and acne by reducing the gland size and also decreasing the oil/sebum production.

My suggestion for you would to be discuss this option with your treating dermatologist and ask him/her to prescribe you the right dosage.

I hope that answers your query. Please feel free to write back to me if you additional concerns.

Warm regards.
