Is ASO Titre Value Of 295 A Cause For Concern?
Question: i am 38 years lady. i am suffering from joint pain since two years on my both knees.after medical test ,it was found i have ASO TITRE 295. Doctor has advised me to take PENIDURE 12L,1 ml once every three weeks for five years...plz advise me.

I have seen all your reports , there is no need to take inj penidura and also Ebuxo .
Raise uric acid does not mean that you have gout and there is no need to take drugs till you get attack of the same which will first involve toe joint .
Also since you have history of pigmentation over face you should get ANA done to rule out SLE .
