Is 15 Mg Of Arip Enough For Concentration Problems?

Question: I am taking arip mt 15 mg daily night.

I am working as a techlead in software industry.
My collegues always told,I always confusion mind.

My problem is

I am not able to concentrate when person spokes to me.

I laugh sometimes alone.

I am always sad.

Mind think always something(confusion mind).

How to avoid that?
is it arip mt15 mg is enough?

could I continue with that arip mt 15 mg tablet

I read your query and understand your concern.
From the available description it appears that Arip MT is right medication for you. In case you have inadequate response with 15 mg the dose can be increased to higher level. I like to emphasize that 30 mg of arip can be taken per day.

I also like to tell you that Arip is not effective for sadness that you mentioned in your query. If the sadness is very troublesome you can talk to your doctor to add some anti depressant like Fludac which helps in sadness as well as concentration. Please not since this is a prescription drug so should be taken under medical guidance.

I forgot to say

I took morning Axepta 25 mg -concentration.

modalert-100 mg - active. I stopped those tablet suddenly.

could I continue with this tablet like

Modalert-100 mg.Morning

Axepta-25 mg -2 nos -Morning

Arip- 30mg -evening or any other tablet could you want to specify instead of?

Thanks for reverting back to me.

As I can see you have overlapping kind of medicine and there is need for reassessment before prescribing any other medication. I am not in favor of poly pharmacy and I think your condition can be managed with either one or maximum two medication.

It is better if you can write the symptom details for which you got these prescription. There is no point in taking Axepta and Modalert as both these medication have many similar properties.

When I take arip 15 mg in night and next day morning I will get drowsiness. to avoid drowsiness , I wll take modalert for active purpose.I could not able to concentrate morning to evening , un usual thinking come always often so I could not able to concentrate in my work for that purpose I will take axepta.

could you please suggest me for maximum two medication for above problems

Before I can prescribe anything a detailed history is required as I requested earlier. Other than Arip to be taken in the morning and not at bed time since it is activating drug. Before I get complete details It is not possible to suggest medication.

Althuogh as per available details I will suggest you to take Fludac and Arip after getting prescription from your doctor.
