If the whole nail was removed you shouldnt go in swimming pool for 15 days after surgery.
If it was only partial exscision then it can be 10 days.
Also, if you have chance to be in salt water it would be better soluton because it would speed up healing process.
If you notice pain or redness of toe after being in swimming pool you should visit doctor because it might be inflammated.
