I’m Experiencing Itching And Painful Burning Around By Anus. They

Question: I’m experiencing itching and painful burning around by anus. They look little rashes reddish in color and open cuts. I wonder if I cut myself using possibly rusty razor - which means I’m worried if I have tetanus. I’ve had it for a few days but I’m also nursing a mild hammerhoid in the anus area. Should I see a doctor ! I’m worried now it’s almost burning most of time...

Brief Answer:
Possible allergic reaction to hemorrhoid cream.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you should see a doctor in order to examine you physically to see the conditions of anus and rash.
There are several possible conditions that may happen like:
Herpes,
Trauma, cut
Jock itch, ringworm, fungal infection
A possible allergic reaction to cream you may be using to treat haemorrhoids etc.

I can advise you to keep it clean washing it with lukewarm water, stop using the hemorrhoid cream, wear cotton and loose underwear, use sudocream to help healing.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
