I see the photo you attached and you are having a red rash like scratches.
I want to know for how long have you been with it and if it is itching badly mainly at night.

If it isn't itching then it can't be scabies.It doesn't seem like shingles or cancer.
It may be related to bad circulation on the legs. You may need to see a dermatologist.
