Question: I'm 27 years old straight male, I have had a itchy anus for a couple years. I'm not sure if its fissurs or heneroids? It usually gets worse at night after a hot bath. I treated myself for pinworms and the issue still persist.

Brief Answer:
Digital rectal examination and Proctoscopy to be done

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your query,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
Yes very likely it's a Hemorrhoid or anal fissure.
You need to get a digital rectal examination done by a GP;Along with it a proctoscopic examination would be done.
This would be done by your GP.
Treatment is both conservative,Non invasive and surgical.

Get it done and revert back with what he/she says.
Avoid constipation.
Take any over the counter laxative like lactulose 15 ml twice a day till examination is done.
Thank you and if you have any further query feel free to follow up.
