I Woke Up A Few Days Ago And My Throat

Question: I woke up a few days ago and my throat was hurting a little bit when I swallow and yesterday I blew my nose because it was a little stuffy and this blood clot like thing came out but no nosebleed and the same happened this morning. what could it be?? something serious??

Hii. Hope you are doing well. Please give details of history whether you are having sneezing, running nose,headache,fever. Please let me know whether there is throat pain and difficulty in swallowing and for how many days. Sometimes due to cold or excessive sneezing there may be mild blood stained discharge. Better you consult an ENT surgeon and undergo a rigid nasal endoscopy and X ray pns. Start nasal spray fluticasone, antiallergic tablet,steam inhalation and betadine gargle. Review with reports. Get well soon.

its very slight pain and no difficulty swallowing. I have to sniff alot sometimes and just once or twice when I blow blood. no headache, no fever and not really runny i swallow it. no sneezing and this started Friday
