Question: I was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis by a doctor. it was about 5-6 months ago.
Was using cipla shampoo as per suggestion.

Im not sure it worked but it did dry out my hair with no major reduction in dandruff .And felt dryness around my ears as well.
My scalp dries out and dandruff seems unending at times and probably that amplifies hairfall aa well.
Second issue that im facing is the acne prone back that was at peak during puberty but the scars are still there and the few acnes keep coming back.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Abhijeet

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that this is basically a problem majority of the young individuals and is basically a disorder of sebaceous glands of the body when the sebaceous glands of the scalp got affected this results in dandruff and when the sebaceous glands of less hairy portions like back n face got affected it results in acne.

For dandruff shampoo containing salicylic acid, selenium, sulphur will help. However this problem gets resolved itself with maturity.

If the acne are leaving behind scars then it’s advisable that you should personally consult a good dermatologist for proper treatment as some acne types leaves very deep scar which persists lifelong.

In general precautions you should avoid junk food, keep your skin and scalp oil free by frequent washing and drink plenty of water.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards

Thank you.
I'll keep your suggestions in mind and will follow it.
And can you suggest a mild product for hair which can be used daily to keep the scalp surface clean ,not dry . Most of the hair products available seems to contain chemicals which dries the hair which further amplifies the deep rooted flakes .
And What about the whitish flakes near the inside surface of ears similar to dandruff?

You can try using simple Head and shoulder shampoo thrice a week.

But I would advise to personally consult a dermatologist once as from the information which you have provided give an idea of severe form of seborrhic dermatitis.
