Brief Answer:
Please elaborate on your symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

I have gone through the attached photo. I would like to know more about your condition.
1. How long have you been in this condition?
2. Do you have any associated symptoms like bleeding, itching, pain, burning sensation while passing urine, inability to retain urine etc.
3. What is your obstetric history, if any?
4. Have you undergone any vaginal procedures in the past?
5. Is there any history of or suspicion of worm infestation?

Looking at the picture, it appears like a prolapse of the vaginal wall along with the cervix. Further clarification is possible through a clinical examination only.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

regards,
Shanti.V.

For the last few days,I have increasing mild cramping, spot bleeding, moderate lower back/hip pain and large amount of heavy/ fullness with dull unlocalized pain in my vaginal area, intermittent sharp cervix stabs, puffy/swollen lymph nodes in my vaginal area and upper inner thighs. No pain with voiding but mucus (could be vaginal) and mild pain/burning after urination that subsides within an hour.

I have not looked in this much detail until now, but I do not recall my vagina looking like this and I am unsure if this is normal age changes or something more. My vaginal skin seems to have developed longitudinal lines, skin colored bumps, a few blue and red mucus spots and a large skin tag type bump. Inside looks like latitude lines and odd appearance/mucus. I also notice a large growth around the a blue/purple anus.I had a fissure and skin tag diagnosed 2 years ago, but this is much worse.I had a routine OBGYN exam and negative Pap less than a month ago but I am not sure if this was present then or not.

I am unsure if this part is related, but i have also had a one year history of head pressure/migraine, dizziness, vomiting, eye infections, puffy eye lids, and inner ear pressure with drainage at night or laying flat that is negative for an ear infection and negative on CT scan of the eye orbits.

My eyes became photosensitive and I am no longer able to drive when it is dark. I have episodes of blurred vision that always return to normal the following morning. However my peripheral vision is almost completely gone and if I use my eyes to look left or right I see black lines and a silver square flash of light. I had a two week period where I felt something in my eye and fast blinking produced hardened Graduals from either the side or eyelid. I have had my eyes examined and everything came back normal but have been unable to achieve an exam appointment during an active episode.

My scalp has similar but more scattered bumps when compared to my vagina. Ihad an episode 2 weeks ago where I was woken by a sharp stab feeling on the top of my head, picture attached. It bled, left a scratch and scab but I didn’t scratch it. I had a wide/long bump on my scalp from the middle of the forehead back that quickly subsided after the stabbing episode. I got a picture when it happened, which is attached for reference. I have a constant feeling of something falling/jumping off me but I have not seen anything more than skin flakes, oily secretions, salt like granular, a toilet paper like substance, and tons of hair, but I do experience sensations of walking through a cob web, something sliding or slimming down my skin and small drops/mists of fluid, but no source or validation of the sensation (ie. A cob web or wet spot).

I have a history of PCOS, one secession birth 10 years ago and two VBAC births, negative HIV and STD history.  I also have a history of Babesia 10 months ago, Gastric Bypass in 2012, Spinal cord dura repair in 2011, shingles 2010 and in 2019, military sexual assault/PTSD in 1999.

I have high SIgA in the 400’s, high RDW, RBC, low iron, low ferritin, (regardless of iron supplemented), consistently low or borderline low lymphocytes, specked pattern ANA 1/80 with negative tests for all associated autoimmune disorders (connective tissue disorders, etc). I had a normal CT abdominal scan last week and abnormal biopsy of my arm, from a rash I have on both arms for 1 year that changes from light pink to bright red with either heat or sweat. The rash has a spiral-like appearance wrapping around my upper arms, the report is attached.

Never the less, I am most concerned about my vagina and secondarily scalp, I assume are related. I am horrified to go back to the doctor to ask if this is normal or not, as I just had an OBGYN appointment and I have so many other things on-going and other symptoms still in the process of being worked up. I also have concerns that if this is a systematic issue, the fragmented specialty departments will never find it because they are only concerned with presentations and symptoms within their specialty scope. On top of the fact that my primary care doctor has limited access to order testing and bloodwork, as the HMO is governing the work-up. She was unable to order a Lymphocytes differential report or T cell counts.

I have suspected a parasite for about a year, which started with visual identification in my stool. Standard OVA stool was negative but Babesia was positive. We never identified the co-infection, as my Lyme tests were unequivocal.

More recently I found what I think is a tapeworm segment but I think the infection is more cystic rather than the adult worm. I also suspect Schistosoma or similar flatworm. Given the latter ability to trick the immune system, Positive ANA could be a result of the parasite rather than autoimmune disorder, which I suspect.

Review, Advice, possible diagnosis, and/or direction to get one is very much needed and appreciated.

Thank you,
