I Noticed That The Outer Part Of My Vagina Is
Question: I noticed that the outer part of my vagina is dark , i think it's darker than normal. I had unprotected sex February 13, using withdrawal. About 6 days later i started having headaches, nausea, loose stool, loss of appetite, eye twitching, dizziness and fatigue. I had a blood pregnancy test one week before my period was due and it came back negative. I also had bleeding around the time my period was due but it was short. I just noticed within the last three days how dark my vagina has gotten. Is this all normal? I still have loose stool, lightheadedness, and sometimes headache. My lower back was also hurting last night.

I see the photo you attached and the vaginal outer lips look darker than the other part of the skin.
This is completely normal because genital organs normally have darker skin then body.
There is no way that you can be pregnant because your blood test was negative and also you had bleeding around the time your period was due.
I think it is a good thing you did a stool test to check for bacteria or parasites.
The symptoms you are having may be related to travelers diarrhea ( taking count that you were in Spain) caused by having contaminated food or water.
It can last for one or two weeks without treatment
You can take loperamid for diarrhea and probiotics such enterogerina or yovita to re-establish the intestinal flora.

Okay but I've been taking probiotics for irritable bowel syndrome, and a pill to help with diarrhea. For me my genital area is not normally this dark, I showed it to my partner and he said the same thing. I have read that some women still bleed all throughout their pregnancies and sometimes you can get a false negative on the blood test if taken too early.. I will still do a fecal exam but I find it really odd it's not going away and it's been almost 6 weeks. Is it normal to have travellers diarrhea or parasites for 6 weeks?? Should I request an ultrasound also?
