Brief Answer:
If you are asymptomatic, then there is nothing to be worried.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Ask a Doctor Service.

I have reviewed your query in detail and here is my advice.

Positive dipstick test in the absence of acute symptoms of urinary infection is not concerning. Presence of bacteria in the urinary tract without any symptoms do not require any treatment. Moreover, urinary contamination from bacteria in vagina/labia, and intake of antibiotics like Keflex can give false positive dipstick test result.

If you develop any symptoms like pain, burning, frequent urination, yellow discoloration of urine, blood in urine, or fever, then a urine analysis and culture is required for confirmation of diagnosis. If you experience repeated episodes of UTI, then imaging studies to rule out any urological/kidney issues is warranted at that time.

There is nothing to be worried at this point. Make sure that you stay hydrated.

Hope I was able to help you
