Brief Answer:
Exercises will be effective.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Endometrial (uterine wall) has got direct association with success of embryo transfer and poor blood supply is not good for FET.
Walking gentle yoga sessions are two of the best ways to promote circulation. Include more fruits and vegetables to your diet and avoid substances like caffeine which will impairs the blood flow.
You can wait for the next scan for reassessment. It the blood flow is still impaired, hormonal pills and blood thinners like aspirin may be required as advised by your gynaecologist.
If the next scan is also shows abnormal flow and thickness it will be better to wait for few months.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
