Question: I have pain in the area where the ejaulatory duck not hurting alot but I feel it in three is it prostate cancer?? Is this related??

I read your query and here is my advice.
If you are having pain in ejaculatory duct or feeling blockage most probably you are having any urinary tract infection but cancer also may be a possible reason.
Most frequent symptoms of cancer are blockage feeling, frequent urination and blood in urine .

You may need to do an urine analysis to check for infection and also an ultrasound of the prostate gland may be recommended.
