I Have Multiple Chronic Pains In Joints And Muscles, Stiffness
Question: I have multiple chronic pains in joints and muscles, stiffness in the mornings,sleepdisturbance,fatigue, depression, problems peeing. Could this be fibromyalgia and what kind of physician should I see?

I would suggest getting basic labs done, as well as checking TSH for thyroid, CRP/ESR for inflammation, ANA for autoimmune diseases, and RF and anti-CCP for rheumatoid arthritis. If anything indicates an autoimmune disease, or your primary care doctor wants to send you to a specialist, a rheumatologist would usually be the doctor who would treat these diseases.
