Brief Answer:
Hii. It's evisent from your symptoms that you are having allergic sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hii. It's evisent from your symptoms that you are having allergic sinusitis. This is due to allergic inflammation of your nose and your sinuses. For that reason you are having headache also. You need to consult an Ent surgeon. You start a nasal fluticasone spray which will help you to reduce the inflammation. Start a saline nasal spray solspre also. This will clear your allergic mucin of your nose. Take antiallergic tablet levocetrizine or fexifenadine for short duration. Continue steam inhalation through nose. This will open up your sinus and you will get relieved of your headache. No need for antibiotic as for now. If it's resolving with the above medication within 3-4 days then no need to start antibiotic, else you need to start augmentin tablet. You can start bromhexine tablet which will clear the mucus. Do a x ray paranasal sinus and endoscopy of nose after 1 week and review with reports. Please review if you have any queries.
