Question: I have general excessive sweating ( I sweat a lot especially when I am a cold) with chills and whole body cold. I am cold the entire day. I am very sensistive to cold and I have no fever. I am very sensitive to temperature. Thank you

Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns...

Since your thyroid test is ok then you should get a blood test for blood glucose level both fasting and postprandial together with a blood test for hemoglobin A1c to exclude diabetes.

Also, you should monitor your blood pressure for one weekday and night to exclude hypotension.

If both are normal you should get a blood test for Uric acid level to exclude gout although it is another less common cause.
