Brief Answer:
Cervical radiculopathy

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

It appears like you have cervical radiculopathy which can be caused by pinching of the nerves that travel from your neck to the arms and legs. This is usually due to degenerative changes and arthritis of the spine in the neck.

It is advisable to get a Spine surgeon referral. You may benefit from cervical discectomy and fusion if nerve blocks and physiotherapy have failed.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Aashish Raghu

Brief Answer:
Mild to moderate symptoms

Detailed Answer:
I have read the reports which you have attached. They appear to be mild to moderate symptoms. Physiotherapy should help. But since you have trouble with using your hands for work, surgery should help.

Thank you Dr. XXXXXXX
I just wanted to clarify-you indicated that my symptoms appear to be mild to moderate. I didn't provide the MRI technician a history of my symptoms, so I was looking more for your impression of the MRI results, not my symptoms as I am very aware what they are: Neurological with intermittent bowel and bladder involvement, unsteady gate, pain. Please provide your impressions of the MRI. Kind Regards-Wendi

Detailed Answer:
There appears to be mild to moderate compression of the nerves work no spinal cord compression.

So it is in keeping with your symptoms although if you have bowel and bladder involvement it does not correlate with this scan findings because cord compression is needed for that or you may have a disc at the low back region as well.
