Hi and Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service. I have read your question and here is my advice.
I feel really sorry to hear about your disease. I can understand your concern.
The history you provided is too little to really understand your query. Like since how long you have this problem.? and since when you had lupus..? and what treatments are you seeking for that.? Ther may be many reasons fot the severe fatigue. Viral infections also cause fatigue commonly like you had conjunctivitis that might be viral. Your own disease may cause it. Certain drugs also do cause excess sleep and fatigue. (have you started any new drug.? )
However if it is for long times we need to see it in more details and many diseases. Like low blood, low tsh, depression and kidney or heart diseases. However these are not common if not for long times.
So I am afraid it difficult with this limited data to say for sure what might be causing it. If you could provide some more information.
Looking forward for some more information about your disease.
Regards
Dr Rahman

I am really sorry to say that's its difficult for me to recommend anything until we know the basic cause. As treatment depends fully on the cause.
I would request if you could provide some more information about your problem.
Or you may need to talk to your doctor so that he may talk to you in details and may run few tests to know what's causing your excessive sleep and fatigue.
There are certain drugs that may be used for excessive sleep and low energy like phentermine or more, however they are only rexominded if other causes of your problem have been ruled out.
If this has been recently and you think this might be after your infection, and you are otherwise fine (like no fever, normal. BP, etc) then we may meed to wait. You can take lot of fluids, avoid drugsthat may cause sleep, exercise and good diet all help. But we must know the cause first.
Hopes you understand my point. Let me know if you have any further questions to ask or if you have further information to share with us.
I personally would like to know if you had checked your blood level, thyroid tests, and your renal and liver profile.
