Question: I have ad diarrhesince Wednesday today is day 4 no signs, of it stopping ni have beeb raking immodium ad as. the directions tell me too . What else can I do, I also have severe lower back pain on my right side. my temp is 101.4, mr heart rate is 42.

Since you're having fever and diarrhea immodium is not a good option. Your low heart rate is a little worrisome as well. There are gastrointestinal infections caused by Salmonella that may result in relevant bradycardia but your heart rate is way too low. Fever and diarrhea requires medical assessment as it may be caused by 'mild' disorders (like a viral illness that will get better by itself within a few days) or serious disorders like acute diverticulitis.
In such cases a doctor should assess the patient to exclude serious causes.
The low back pain does not seem to be related to the rest of your symptoms. Unilateral low back pain is usually caused by orthopaedic disorders like a slipped disc or other musculoskeletal disorders.
So in conclusion I cannot suggest treatments from afar in cases like yours as medical assessment (in person) is required.
