Brief Answer:
Probably kidney stone or urinary tract infection, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection or a kidney stone.

These are the two common causes of blood clot in urine and lower back pain.

I suggest the following examinations to confirm the cause:

-A urinalysis

-An ultrasound

-A complete blood count.

Meanwhile, I recommend using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for the back pain.

I also recommend drinking liquids and cranberry juice for relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further
