Question: I believe I may have shingles. I had an area on my right arm 2 weeks ago. Healead itched. Now one night ago I had several wells appear on my back of neck its very painful itches. I feel like I have flu. Its painful

I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph though it’s not very clear.
It seems to be shingles.
Is the rash associated with fluid filled blisters?
I would recommend you to start with oral antivirals.
I would recommend you to take tablet valciclovir 1 gram thrice daily for 7 days along with anti inflammatory medicines like tablet ibuprofen.
Oral antivirals are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
