Question: I am a 49 year old female who had a total abdominal hysterectomy when I was 30 years old. I had intamacy with my husband tonight and after that I haven't stopped bleeding. I haven't seen blood in 19 years and all of a sudden I can't stop bleeding like if I have a heavy period. what shall I do. do I go to the er?
