Brief Answer:
Dexamethason and fludricortisone are very important.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your query.
I can understand your concern.

In congenital adrenal hyperplasia(CAH) a mutation (genetic change) causes the adrenal glands to make too little cortisol and in the most common type of CAH, called 21-hydroxylase deficiency, the adrenal glands also might not make aldosterone.

Considering that cortisol and aldosterone is vital for the body, the replacement therapy with hydrocortisone or even dexamethasone or prednisone (in adults) is very very important.

Diarrhea and vomiting can make you develop an addisionian crisis and i want to underline that usually the addisionian crisis start with these symptoms.
This condition is a potentially fatal condition and it can be treated only in hospital.

Corticosteroids administered into the veins or per os, can keep adrenal levels from getting dangerously low.At the other side in your circumstances it is very important to be rehydrated,to balance your electrolyte levels and to get your blood sugar and blood pressure levels back to normal.
So,for the moment ,you must stay in hospital.

Don't worry, this bad moment and all these symptoms will disappear soon.I want to underline that with proper treatment, most people with congenital adrenal hyperplasia can lead normal lives.

Hope this is helpful.
Wish you good health.
