Brief Answer:
Diabetic neuropathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern.

Diabetes can cause areas of localized or even generalized itching.
Itchy skin can signal poor diabetes control and potential nerve damage.

Often, the cause of diabetes-related itching is diabetic polyneuropathy or peripheral neuropathy.
These are complications of diabetes that develop when high blood glucose levels cause damage to nerve fibers, particularly those in the feet and hands.

Also, certain skin conditions that develop as a result of diabetes like dry and sensitive skin, fungal infections) may also cause itchy skin.

It is important to exclude a possible allergic reaction. Some people with diabetes may develop itchy skin as an adverse side effect of a new medication or have an allergic reaction to it.

My advice
Improve your blood sugar levels
For fungal infections, it is important to get the right medication for the right type of fungus

Anyway, I suggest consulting your treating endocrinologist for the right diagnosis and treatment.

Hope this is helpful.
Wish you good health
