Question: I am 20 years old I had the birth control implant since I was 15. I got it removed January 7th 2020 I still haven’t gotten my period but I have been spotting on and off and I mostly only see it when I wipe after using the bathroom or after sex should I be concerned could I be pregnant and how would I know if I don’t have a period
