How To Wean Off Methamphetamine?
Question: Depression with severe fatigue feelings as side effects. Methamphedimine has been very effective in boost of energy. I am trying to get off the amphidimine but when I stop the fatigue that takes over is so bad that I can not get out of bed. So I need a medicine or an antidepressants that can help me with this fatigue so I can stop taking the amphidimine. PLEASE HELP

Two days back we have discussed the possibility of pristiq and it seems you already tied it or not interested in trying pristiq.
The next best possible which comes to my mind as a replacement of amphetamine is armodafinil. I understand that it is congener of modafinil but there is possibility of good response even when you did not respond to modafinil. I have experience of at least 10 patients who responded to armodafinil after a failed trial with modafinil.
Among the antidepressants as I stated earlier pristine have good effectiveness in prolonged fatigue and can be used as main medication.
