How To Rule Out Seborrheic Keratosis?
Question: For the past several days I've been using this service to get several of my moles/Keratosis looked at. I've got my last set of pictures I'd like to upload to see if you share the same opinion on the patch that I have. The pigmentation is about 8mm in diameter. It's not changed shape or size over the past several years and definitely not over the past year and half. I've got a picture of the patch from July 2014 and a picture of the same area from December of 2015 (today). The difference between both pictures is the camera/lighting/flash. The picture from 2014 make it look darker than it really is. It's a tan/red area. Not raised at all.
This area passed a skin screening in August of 2014. This area will be checked at my next screening in February. Does this still look benign/harmless. Could this be a flat Seberric Keratosis?
Thanks again for your time. This will be my last query and I thank your team for their honest answers and insight.I tried to line the photos up to be similar. The one from July 2014 is more angled but the shape still matches up.One last set of details, even in the inner, light pigment areas still line up.

Brief Answer:
This is seborrhoeic keratoses, totally benign
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
The lesion you have mentioned in the photographs is a flat seborrhoeic keratosis which is surrounded by few similar small keratoses. The lesion is same in both the photographs from 2014 as well as 2015.
You don't have to worry as it is totally benign and harmless.
I hope to have clarified your doubt.
Wish you good luck.

I've uploaded one more image for you to view. It's in such a tough spot to get a dead center picture. Still look like a SK? I will definitely be going to my screening. I'm sure that will relieve my stress....that's caused by myself lol.
