Discharge of semen while sleeping is called as Nocturnal Emission or in simple terms Night Fall. It is a normal thing. It has been found in studies that the average frequency of night falls varies in culture. But on an average one episode of night fall in about 3 weeks is considered normal. Some individuals have high frequency and night fall episodes even occur weekly.
In any normal individual with normal hormones concentration it will happen. When semen is formed and stored in seminal vesicles it has following fete-
- Either it is ejeculated while sexual intercourse.
- Or it is discharged due to night fall
- Or it is emitted by way of masturbation
- Or to some extent it is reabsorbed back.

Each of these ways are normal and there is nothing wrong in nocturnal emission if it doesn't happen in high frequency. In some studies it has been observed that frequency of night falls is inversely related to frequency of masturbation. So please don't take tension about it, it is not related to loss of power also.

Still you want to reduce its frequency I would advise you to please try relaxation methods as-
Progressive Muscle Relaxation Methods
Breathing Exercises
Yoga
Meditation etc.

These methods will help to divert your attention. Try to spend your day in reading good books, spending time in work and avoid watching adult things. It will help to relieve the tension in you.

Hi sir.... I had masturbation activity around 4 years back... but not now.. Am thinking.. That's a problem. Can you suggest me, how to stop this permanently. Suggest me,if there is any natural medicine to Over come this problem.

Hello again

You did masturbation about 4 years back but stopped it completely. This might be a problem. Masturbation is a healthy practice. It is manual stimulation of genitals i order to achieve orgasm. It is done by most of healthy adults. As I have mentioned that some studies show night fall is inversely related to masturbation frequency. So if you stop masturbation then a little increase in night fall will occur. There is nothing wrong in it.
Allopathic medicines that decrease libido are available but they will decrease your desire totally so they are not indicated in your case.
I will advise you to just concentrate on your work, don't think of taking medicines because they may permanently damage your libido. Try to have more and more vegetarian diet and spend time in yoga for at least 30 minutes daily. You will improve in no time.

Hi sir..Thanks.. can I completely come out from this problem ?.. suggest me some healthy food to put on weight... also my cheeks are little in... also sometimes, sperm coming out, Wen I go toilet.... That's y Got scared lot... Pls guide me

Hello again

Yes you can come out of this problem completely.
First thing is that don't avoid masturbation completely.
Second take at least 2-3 bowels of curd in evening. This will benefit you on long term.
Third thing is to start taking Fenugreek or methi in diet. Methi is commonly used in indian food. Try to have methi at least 1-2 times a week in food. This will help to boost your libido and will slow down the night fall frequency.

For weight gain I would advise you to exercise daily for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. Take balanced food with good amount of fat and protein. Don't take food containing refined carbohydrates.

When you go to toilet the slippery fluid coming out of urethra is not actually sperm fluid. It is called as pre cum and it helps in lubrication prior to sex. In some individuals with no sexual activities it can come while passing urine. There is nothing to worry. You will be alright after your marriage. It is not true semen.
