Brief Answer:
It seems to be muscular pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms might be due to musculoskeletal pain.
I would advise that you should take a pain killer like Ibuprofen along a muscle relaxant like Thiocolchicoside 4 mg twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole.
Hot fomentation and local application of pain relieving gel will have added benefits.
Avoid bending and other movements which aggravate pain.
A clinical evaluation by an Orthopedician will help in planning further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
A clinical examination is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
Urinary Tract involvement seems unlikely as you are not having associated symptoms like fever, burning sensation while passing urine, etc.
A clinical examination is needed to furthur confirm the diagnosis.
I hope this answers your query.
Thanks.
