The key to maintaining optimum immunity is through a balanced diet, regular exercise and healthy life style.
1. Diet - balanced diet comprising of good mixture of carbs, proteins and fats with necessary vitamins and fibres is essential for adequate functioning of immune factors. You can learn more about balanced diet through web or through a nutritionist.
2. Regular exercise consisting of cardio exercise as well as weight training is essential. One should involve in atleast 25-30 minutes of exercise every day.
3. Healthy life style - It involves cutting down junk foods, beverages, aerated drinks, smoking and alcohol if any.

Besides these factors at times of necessity, antioxidant supplements may be used for short duration to boost immunity.
Furthermore, immune factors to certain infections are boosted through vaccines. One can consider them too.
