Brief Answer: Lasers'; Chemical Peels & Electrosurgery Detailed Answer: Hi there XXXXXXX Without surgery, I am afraid your options for the large mole are limited. In good experienced hands, Lasers' may be useful but the type, cost etc will depend on the dermatologist/cosmetologist you visit in your area & if he has the relevant laser & or expertise. The smaller moles may do well with spot chemical peels or using a hyfrecator (electrofulguration). Again will depend on your treating dermatologist & subject to his/her experience & availability of equipment. Lasers' are the way forward to remove body hair & a Diode laser or a ND-Yag laser is possibly optimal.
