As per your history you have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation after acne vulgaris.

Handsome look and complexion improvement can be done with chemical peeling with glycolic acid. It is an office procedure and done by dermatologist. There are many sessions at the interval of 3 weeks.

For better result you can combine microdermabrasion with this. It is again an office procedure and done by Microdermabrader (a machine uses vacuum and aluminium oxide crystals to exfoliate dead layers).
These two in combination can give quick results.
