Brief Answer:
There is a very simple way to detox

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

I have read your query. The symptoms you have mentioned are usually related to candida or a similar infection or even autoimmunity. Candidal infection gets superinfected with bacteria to cause conditions like acne etc.

Complete cure is usually boasted by some websites to sell their product. There is no such thing as liver detox in allopathic medicine. This term is more frequently used in herbal medicine and holistic medicine. After experimenting with some drugs to fight this condition in my patients, I have found that these symptoms come back after treatment is stopped.

Now there is a reason why liver detox is suggested. It is hypothesized that infection in the stomach and intestines leads to infection of liver. It is common sense that if we reduce/eliminate the infection of the stomach, liver will get better. The best way to reduce gastrointestinal tract (GIT) infection is to eat hygienic food and drink cleanest water. Water is the source of most GI infections. The cleanest water is produced by reverse osmosis technique and is easily available at grocery stores as bottled water. I do not mean that you drink mineral water or natural spring water. You need to drink just reverse osmosis technique water.

This will take care of most of the symptoms.

Let me know the results of this endeaver.

Thanks Dr Vaishalee, I'll try the reverse osmosis water. What about probiotics for gut health?

Brief Answer:
Probiotics are ok

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Probiotics can be taken. They work temporarily and are safe, without side effects. They will not cure the problem.
