How To Confirm Pregnancy?

Question: My wife is 32 and we are married for 6 years now and we had undergone ivf treatment 3,months ago

She missed her period this month and its 45 days overdue and we have done 3 home pregnancy tests and all of them shows negative

She also has symptoms like vomiting sensation restless tiredness etc

We are planning to have a baby and these results are confusing

Pls help

Last night she had so slight bleeding and not like periods

And white discharge is the morning

How do I get the exact confirmation since all home test kits showed negative pregnancy

That will be the most confirmatory for pregnancy.
