Brief Answer:
Reports are normal

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The reports don't show any correlation with urine problems. I need to know details of her urinary symptoms so that I am better able to help. Is there symptom of pain, obstruction in urination, less urine or more urine etc? Her kidney function is normal as per report.

In reports, there is iron deficiency anemia, diabetes, vitamin D deficiency and some mild liver problem.

For iron and vitamin D deficiency, supplements can be taken.
For iron deficiency, she can take Syr Dexorange 1 tsp daily for 3 months
For Vitamin D deficiency, Syr Osteocalcium 1tbsp daily for 1 month.

Waiting for your reply.

Brief Answer:
Urinary retention

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

eGFR value is high because of her age. It is calculated from creatinine level, age and gender. I will consider it normal as per her age.

From your description, it seems that you mother is having urinary retention. In women it can be due to many causes pertaining to urology, gynecology, medicine use, brain/nerve issue, infection etc. I personally think it may be due to weak muscles of urinary system or due to some medicine.
We need to narrow the diagnosis by conducting exam and tests. An examination by gynecologist, ultrasound whole abdomen, urinalysis are needed to start with.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
