Brief Answer:
Could be vaginal discharge or anal

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It could be vaginal discharge or a anal leak called encopresis (as it is yellow in color). This could be a symptom of worm infestation also. This could occur if she is handling the genitals of anal region due to itching. I suggest you give Tablet Albendazole 400mg one today and another after 10 days. If it is still persisting after completing the course then she will require a pediatrician's clinical examination.
