How Long Tibial Fracture Take To Heal?

Question: I fall down in Bath room on August 29 2014.Went for doctor consultation, after few days of rest, I was able to walk.
After few days (i.e. on September 19 2014), I was unable to walk. I consult the doctor again.
The following are the observations in the MRI report
- Mild depressed fracture (4mm) of lateral tibial plateau with adjacent bone contusion
- Contusion with vertical tear of anterior horn of lateral meniscus
- Large amount of joint effusion
Currently I am using Walker, How much time it will took, to heal the above mentioned fracture?

Do knee exercises to strengthen the muscle around knee .

3 weeks (after fall down) + 4 weeks (after detecting fracture)= 7 weeks , I need to wait for the remaining weeks (I.e 3 weeks or 5 weeks). am I right ???
can you please sugget me some videos for knee exercises ?
