my wife has taken mifepristone yesterday night and misoprostone 2 hrs before orally thru water ..but still she hasn't got bleeding till now..pls suggest

Need to take misoprostol 800 microgram under her tongue for at least half an hour..or also can be put intravaginally...bleeding will start within 3 hours..

if she has taken through water , now what to do either I shall insert the other two tab right now into her vagina or shall wait for tomoro morning that means after 12/hrs..if she has taken first two through water will that create any further complications to her in any way...please suggest in complete ...she is 7 weeks 3 days pregnant till date...

It is too early to know if the pill worked. Well, in most people it takes 12 to 24 hours to develop cramps and bleeding. So I suggest you to await at least 12 to 24 hrs to get abdominal cramp and bleeding.
If pain or bleeding DOESN'T start even after 24 hrs, other 2 tabs should be inserted inside her vagina or you need to consider the next option which will be to consult a local gynecologist for Re-assessment of the case. It will be also helpful in emergency purpose.
