How Long Does Tadalafil Take To Show Effect?

Question: Sir, I taking the tadalafil 10 mg (Tazzle) tablet by your advise,but I think it is very slowly effect for me within one month. and I am not interested(enjoyable)when semen dicharge time and also semen volume is very low. So,how many days use this medicine for permanently cure. Please your Advice.

I think your problems are due to infrequent sex , overweight,diabetes and low testosterone .
