How Long Does I Pill Show Its Efficacy If Taken Within 72 Hours Of Intercourse?
Question: Hi, I and my gf had unprotected sex And she had an ipill Within few hours. After one day we again had se. And the condom leake. Does she need to have ipill again??? Please help

If she has already taken an ipill within few hours of intercourse , then if she performs another intercourse within72 hrs of intake of pill , there is no requirement of another pill at all. The first pill shall take care of the emergency contraception.
After the ipill, the withdrawal bleeding should get initiated in next 7-8 days and once the bleeding starts , it confirms that she is pregnancy safe.

The only dide effect which is likely is that her next 1 or 2 cycles xan be delayed by 7 to 10 days before they become regular again.
please follow barrier or hormonal contraception if pregnancy is not desired.
