Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Plenty of fluids would be required to help pass the remaining fragments. You can expect fragments to small to be visualized or felt with lithotripsy, meaning you would have passed them without knowing or having felt them pass.

Blood in urine and abdominal pain is expected after lithotripsy initially. Fragments can pass as late as a week after the procedure, so you can relax. If however, there is persistent painful urination or obstructive symptoms then you should call your urologist immediately for a follow up to rule out any post operative complication.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
