Brief Answer:
24 hours after pint of beer you can take klonopin

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Pint of beer is usually metabolized in about 2-3 hours in the body but the effect of alcohol in central nervous system (CNS) lasts 24-48 hours. Alcohol has depressant effect on the brain and klonopin (clonazepam) also has depressant effect. I usually advice my patients to take klonopin after about 24 hours drinking moderate alcohol to avoid additive CNS depressant effect.
But when you start taking klonopin you should not take alcohol at all. Combining alcohol and Klonopin causes high risk of developing respiratory depression, fainting and seizures. Furthermore, klonopin has very long half life-about 30-40 hours. It means your body needs about 3-4 days to wear off the effects of klonopin. You may also get easily addicted to alcohol and klonopin if combined together.

Hope I have answered your query. Please, let me know if I can assist you further.
Thank you
