Brief Answer:
Rivaroxaban and OxyContin do not interact with each other.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
To the best of my knowledge and after having reviewed latest medical literature Rivaroxaban (an anticoagulant taken to prevent strokes) and Oxycontin (an opioid painkiller) do not interact with each other when taken in prescribed doses and can be safely taken together.

However should in the rare possibility of you having any discomfort after taking the medications, please inform your doctor immediately.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
Sertraline and OxyContin interact. Smoking marijuana is dangerous for you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

It is important to know that taking OxyContin together with Sertraline Sandoz can increase the risk of a rare but serious condition called the serotonin syndrome.

Medical literature says that this condition can cause symptoms such as confusion, hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, shivering or shaking, blurred vision, muscle spasm or stiffness, tremor, incoordination, stomach cramp, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Severe cases may result in coma and even death.

Using Sertraline Sandoz together with marijuana can increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating.

Taking Rivaroxaban and smoking marijuana can increase bleeding tendencies.

From the above, taking OxyContin and Sertraline Sandoz can be harmful.
Smoking marijuana and taking Sertraline and Sandoz is also dangerous.
Smoking marijuana and taking Rivaroxaban can also be dangerous.
Smoking marijuana and taking OxyContin might cause bad mood experiences in some people.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
